Parenting Coordination is not a short term process. Most families require a minimum commitment of six months to a year. Changing parents unproductive behaviors and past inaccurate beliefs does not happen in one session. Parents vary in their ability to learn and carry out a successful co-parenting plan. Success generally depends on how well they can disengage from each other and how well they can find new ways to cope with each other. Unlimited Fixed Cost Parenting Coordination means that as long as the participants keep working in good faith and towards solving problems and finding solutions, for a set period of time, usually 6, or 12 months - as many joint sessions, individual sessions, telephone calls, and email correspondences as it takes to work through parenting issues, I will continue to work with the clients - all for one fixed fee.
